- WESTCONNEX 3B ROZELLE INTERCHANGE INSTALLATION OF NEW OPTIC FIBRE
The Rozelle Interchange was a high media profile project so John Holland engaged AZ Connect to install Optical fibre from Rozelle light rail stop to Brenan Street Hi-Rail pad, this involved the installation of Optical cable in Galvanised Steel Troughing for 4.5km, AZ COnnect Replaced all the Stainless steel strapping, and finalised the Testing and Commissioning. In additional we completed 10km of fibre protection cable installation starting at the Rozelle Switching Sub to Rozelle Interchange. AZ Connect made ourselves available as the company to be oncall for emergency works for the duration of the works due to our vast capapbilities. All of our workers are qualified to enter and work within the Rail Corridor. Our project was handed over to our client ontime and within budget. Our safety performance was at our usual excellent standard recording zero incidents.
