- M7 SMART MOTORWAY
TfNSW engaged AZ Connect to undertake the works to Install the Intelligent Transport System on the M4/M7 Smart Motorway: This included New PVC pipe, new Pits and Manholes, new Fibre optic, Electrical and Data cable, Optical fibre testing, Commissioning, PTZ and SVD cameras, VSLS signs, CCTV poles, Roadside cabinets, Distribution boards and Road sensors. The fibre install of this project on the M4 section was 30km as well as 15km of LV copper cabling. The M7 section was 10km of fibre installation. The works were undertaken as nightworks so as to minimise the disprution to traffic and the local community. Our usual high quality workmanship ensure there were no defects issued and our Zero Incidents were also maintained.
